Our task was to refine the graphic system for Sansiri’s 6 housing brands, starting from 2 – 60 million baht. We chose modern San Serif fonts with minimal detail for lower tier houses, and intricate Serif fonts for higher tier developments. The more expensive the house, the more detail is visually represented in its design. Resulting in the enhancement of Sansiri’s overall aesthetics for their single house portfolio.
